User Agreement and Privacy Policies

1. Agreement Terms

This is an agreement between you and BGID. This agreement applies to all software, services and updates of BGID. All software and services are referred to in this agreement as ‘ services’. There are no guarantee for services rendered and BGID liability is limited with this agreement.

2. Usage Terms

After completing the registration process permission will be granted for use of our services. No rights will be granted for our services.

When using our services the following rules apply:

Observe all conditions of ‘The User Agreement and Privacy Polices’
Observing the BGID guidelines and other regulations as specified by BGID.
Do not distribute your user information (Ex: password).
Alert BGID immediately when incorrect usage of our agreement and private policy is being breached and or protection of our services.

When using our services the following is not allowed:

Illegal activities of any kind and or stimulating of said activities
Usage of our services in a way that is harmful to others.
Using the services for commercial bulk email or spam use.
Usage of automated services such as bots and spiders for entering and or use of our services
Any use or attempt to disrupt, manipulate or change our services
Our services, users and other services connected to our services are protected any attempt to damage, terminate, overload or interfere with our services
Our services or parts thereof for any commercial use, further selling or distribution is prohibited.

Your account is private and non transferable and may only be used by yourself. As webmaster you are responsible for all activities for you account or any other accounts. You don not have permission to grant access to others for our services, with the exception that BGID and others an agree upon on understanding that others use our services. When you are a webmaster of an account the entire account is under your responsibility. The webmaster retains the right to terminate our services, make any changes or delete accounts within their accounts.

3. Payment

When purchasing a part of our services you must specify what form of payment will be used. You must have permission to use this said form of payment. You authorize BGID and the specified form of payment to obtain the purchase amount for our services. The payments for future services purchased will be obtain in the same form. These terms are apply for all situations when payments is made to BGID. When services or part of the services are sold or use of permission is granted to other organisations the agreement changes to their own agreement that pertains to their organisation. All user information (Ex.: expiration date of credit card) must be kept updated and current. You can changed your form of payment any time. We will terminate services when you have indicated you no longer wish to make use of the selected payment service or our services. Please use the specific form in your account for this.

Differences in currency are determined by the agreement that BGID has made with the specified organisation of your form of purchase. We retain the right to change the fees of our services , advanced notification will be given. If you do not agree please notify us before the commencing date of the new fees to terminate our service. When you terminate our services this will end at the end of a payment period. With the exception by law or another exception, to be reviewed by BGID, payments will not be returned. Cost or fees by returns will be billed to your account. We offer our services as is. We can not guarantee that all the information over our services is always updated and correct. We and the organisations that work with us offer no explicit guarantees, warrantees or conditions. You direct claims of damage to BGID may only be the some total of one invoice period. Other damages, such as profit and additional and or indirect damages will not be compensated. We offer uses of our paid services an invoice by e-mail, this is the only invoice we distribute. Any errors in the invoice will be corrected a.s.a.p. after notifying us of the errors and our checking all information. You protects us from any liability for errors and consequence damages.

4. Termination of services

BGID reserves the right to terminate services at all times without further notice, with or without written consent. BGID retains the right to check and remove content made by user and accounts made by the user. BGID retains the right to block or deny users for their services. BGID does not take any responsibility of information that users place inside the services. The users are solely and completely responsible for information that is placed in our services. The tone of the content, texts and images may not have any pornographic, discriminating or any embarrassing aspects as determined to be judge by Bouwmeester Groep.
The user may terminate the services without any further explanation. The termination of the services will not have any effect upon the mandatory payments of all cost that are still unpaid in users name.

5. Privacy

In order to provide our services we need certain users information. We use and protect this information, the user information we use is only for services van BGID. BGID can make user information, like contents of messages, public if specified by law, in legal procedures, the rights of ownership of BGID, the employees of BGID and or protection of our customers. This without any previous notification. The services are the network of BGID that is maintain by themselves and their users. BGID retains the right to block or interfere with communication to or from the services.

6. Copyrights

Show respect for rights of others. Copyright Law kan apply to media. It is not allowed to share copyrighted media with others. BGID obligates users to follow copyright laws. It is forbidden to make use of photo’s, video’s, text’s etc. that the user has not purchased a copyright for or the explicit consent from the rightful owner to be able to use or distribute.

7. Modifications

If we modify anything in this agreement, notification will be given to all users in advance with a minimum of 30 days before the modification date takes place.
If user does not agree with proposed changes then the services must be terminated and the use there of must end before the modification date is effective.

8. Support

Users can contact us as specified in the Help in our services. We do not accept e-mails.

Rules en Regulations

The user agreement apply to all services of BGID. The users of our services are expected to follow stated regulations. User is responsible for everything on their account, visible, linked or uploaded. Users or obliged to follow laws and regulations that pertain to your country and or region of residence.

Observe these regulations and laws:

You do not use nudity in any form, nor half nude or partialy clothed persons or nude illustrations in cartoon form on the website.
You do not contribute nor stimulate, defend or reflect any pornographic, obscenities, vulgarities, anti-religious hatred, intolerance, racism or meaninglessly violence.
You do publish the source of footnotes correctly.
You do not use false identities.
You do not link accounts to external services or Internet sites which are contrary to our beliefs and regulations.
You don not publish content that is copyrighted or other special rights apply without explicit consent from the rightful owner to be able to use or distribute the content.
You stay as far away from inflicting damage, or abusing minors (any person under 18 years of age) in any form whatsoever.
You do not violate the privacy of other persons. Collecting and/or publishing personal details such as e-mail address’s has been prohibited, without knowledge or consent of persons.
You do not operate illegal activities or in conflict with local and national law.
You treat others with respect and do not threaten others. You do not discriminate others regardless of their age, sex, handicap, ethnicity, sexual orientation, race and creed.
You do not allow others to enter or distribute illegal software that aids in unsecuring websites and or the servers
You don’t not pretend to be an employee of BGID or an other user of BGID services.
You never make use of materials which could be labelled partially as spam.
You show the contents which you publish correctly
You do not try to manipulate the services in any way.
You do not offer any commerical services within your account. You do not link to any external commericale services that are attached to your account.
